POV: The hurricane took our power, we have 4 children, and the laundry pile just kept growing 😅
With four children, laundry really is a never-ending project, storm or no storm! After the hurricane hit Kauai, we hung everything out to dry in the sun, and the children jumped in to help. It was a sweet reminder to slow down and find the good in the simple, everyday things.
Also, when we had our full power back, it was such a celebration to have our washing machine and full working order!!! Laundry for days!!!
It also reminded me how much I care about what goes into our home. Everything we wash ends up on our skin, our sheets, and our children’s clothes. That’s why we’ve been using trulyfreehome . It’s made with clean ingredients I feel good about, and it’s affordable enough for a big family to use every day 🌿
