A few days ago, I shared in my stories the very first books arriving at my door, and they looked great. Thank you all for the comments and congratulations. It’s humbling to see them because, for the first time, I have shared parts of my life that not even my immediate family knows about. I did this because I learned over the years how to read and understand my anxiety for what it is, then use it to improve my quality of life.

This book was written to help people who live with different levels of anxiety, and it teaches people how to read it, understand it, and use it to improve their performance and quality of life. This book is built on decades of learning, testing, and using the results to succeed in many high-performance spaces.

Goal:
My goal is to help others who have to manage their anxiety daily, like myself. So, if my experience and what I learned can help someone else, even if it's just one person, it is more than worth it.

I have ordered books, and if you would like to get a copy and show some support, you can pre-order My Anxiety Made Me through the link in my bio.

Also, if you know someone who has been struggling with their anxiety…this could be:
* A friend
* A student
* A coach
* A parent
* A colleague

….I would truly appreciate you sharing this with them. Every share helps this message reach someone who needs help and can’t get it.

Thank you all again for the amazing feedback…
