Your sales training changes every time someone else delivers it.

When you train new reps yourself, it gets done right. Then you scale, hand training off to a manager, and it starts to drift. A step gets skipped. An example gets shortened. The standard you built slowly disappears.

The problem isn't your manager. It's that your training lives in someone's head instead of inside a system.

There's a second problem. Live training usually happens once. New reps hear everything a single time and are expected to remember it on their first calls.

When training lives inside your own new hire training university, it's delivered the same way every time. Reps can also go through the full content two to three times in their first three to four weeks, when retention matters most.

In our experience, this saves founders significant time and can at least double retention.

This week, list every training session you still deliver live. Then record the first one.

If you need help recruiting and building a commission-based sales team that doesn't depend on you to train every rep, schedule a Sales Recruiting Planning Call:

How many times does a new rep currently go through your training in their first month?
