Don’t you dare get comfy!  I’ve flown 100k miles a year for the last 12 years, and internationally it’s all been award seats or crazy good deal prices and never had this happen. Yes - that is insanely blessed - 12 years in business or first. While I was fortunate enough to book biz on points I was involuntarily downgraded and to OnLY get 7500 miles is a disgrace.  @American Airlines not cool What do y’all think is 7500 miles enough of an apology for downgrading a class of a service?
