Imagine if LeBron had joined the Knicks instead. 😳⁣
⁣
At the Philadelphia 76ers media day, LeBron James said his free agency decision came down to five teams: the Philadelphia 76ers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat and Minnesota Timberwolves – but the New York Knicks came close too. 🏀⁣
⁣
James told ESPN that the potential backlash from joining the Knicks fresh off a championship was enough to put the idea to rest. 😬⁣
⁣
"Y'all wouldn't have let me lay that down at all," James said. 🤣⁣
