Firstly wanted to say a massive congratulations to my teammate and friend jamesegozi for clinching the Drivers’ Championship 2 rounds early 🏆❤️ It’s been a pleasure pushing myself on the sim and on track just trying to keep up with you hehehe one of the hardest working drivers I know, so so deserved.

On my side, I had the toughest race weekend I’ve had all season, Jerez was a low one. I struggled to find the pace, qualifying didn’t come together, and add on top a few adversities along the way made an already difficult weekend feel even heavier.

I messaged my manager earlier not really knowing what to even write in this post. Tbh, I nearly gave up on myself a few times throughout the weekend. Fortunately, the dad of one of my teammates reminded me of something so kind and simple: “Stop being so hard on yourself, and don’t give up.”

So for now, I’m just grateful I chose to keep fighting when a part of me really wanted to hide away. Grateful for the opportunity to be able to race, even on the days it hurts, and grateful I get to reset to try again tomorrow. 

It’s hard not to let the challenge beat you up, especially when the Everest feels so far away. I know my time will come, and I will be back tomorrow, the day after that, and every race weekend that comes next. Thank you all for the continued support, especially on the tough days❤️
