'RuPaul’s Drag Race' star Gottmik was arrested on Sept. 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, according to an arrest log published by the Burbank Police Department.

The incident involved a black Porsche, which Gottmik, whose legal name is Kade Gottlieb, was the "sole occupant of," and multiple parked vehicles.

Police tell EW that the #DragRace season 13 and All Stars 9 alum "displayed objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication."
