I started RGV Taste in 2022 with absolutely no idea where it would take me. All I knew is that I wanted to create, share and explore! 

Now it’s 2026, this is my full time job, and somewhere along the way RGV Taste stopped being just about food. Because I’m not just food. I’m a whole person behind this page.😅

I’m a woman navigating PCOS, weight loss, mental health, confidence, business, creativity, friendships, lifeeee 😭🫠 AND figuring out who I am as I go.💗

And maybe that’s what “Becoming HER” has really been about.

Not waiting until I’m the “perfect” size or until I feel 100% confident.

Just showing up for me anyway…

Because GIRL… we really will talk ourselves out of our own potential before anyone else even gets the chance. 💀 We worry about what people might think, how we might look, what happens if it doesn’t work…

But what if it DOES? And what if even when it doesn’t, you learn something and try again tomorrow? You keep going!🥹

Four years of putting myself online has taught me a lot about content and personal branding, but it’s taught me even more about me.

There is no perfect time to become her. You just keep showing up for yourself until one day you realize… you already are. 🤍

You deserve to see what happens when you finally give yourself the same chance and time you keep giving everyone else💗
