One woman welding MotoGP chassis started this whole thing 🏍️

When blanchevox Biancamaria Calderoni at misanoworldcircuit read about cristinatoteri, an aprilia Racing welder working on chassis that most fans never think about, it sparked a question: how many women make motorsport run without ever being seen?

That question became TogetHER — Women Behind Every Race, the first edition of which just wrapped at Misano. Female students spent the day inside the paddock meeting the women behind motogp: engineers, mechanics, press managers, team coordinators all women rarely in the spotlight, all essential to every race weekend.
