Last month at Arrillaga Family Dining Commons, Chefs Mychel Brewster, Dillon Campbell, and Heidi Mitchell hosted a special Chef’s Table for students, featuring a six-course surf-and-turf menu crafted with premium ingredients like scallops, shrimp, caviar, lamb, and filet mignon.

Stanford Dining’s Chef’s Table offers meal plan holders an exceptional, customizable dining experience right in their own dining halls. It’s not only a chance to savor complex culinary flavors, but also an opportunity to meet the chefs and connect with fellow students. Students can make their experience as upscale or as casual as they’d like by curating a menu directly with R&DE culinary masters! 👨‍🍳✨
