If you have a fine hair bob, you probably know one of two outcomes. Flat with no movement, or heavy and bulky at the ends.

Here's what I do instead. I elevate the top layer horizontally and remove only the bulk sitting directly on the perimeter. That creates movement without taking away the density fine hair needs.

Fine hair has real limitations, and so much variation within it. But it doesn't have to mean one flat, lifeless option. This isn't a dramatic change. Just intentional, thoughtful placement.

You don't need to know any of this technical language to get it. You just need to be able to say "I want movement, but I don't want to lose fullness at the ends." That one sentence changes how your hair gets cut.

Comment SPEAK and I'll send you my guide on how to describe what you want to your hairdresser.
