## Caption

Son of Oasis’ Liam Gallagher, Gene Gallagher leads UK rock group villanellemusic to the forefront of a new wave of grunge revivalism.

Opening for icon Billy Idol, the trio — alongside Ben Taylor and Jack Schiavo — draws influence from Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, My Bloody Valentine and Dinosaur Jr., blending ’90s blown-out rock ’n’ roll for a distinctly modern take on the genre.

Don’t miss Villanelle at 3TEN this Friday — tickets at the link in our bio.
