🌶️🍜 Nothing but flavor and definitely MO-FUN-GO at the feitosnyc X mala.meow dinner tasting! We were blessed with four courses paired with cocktails. Flavors inspired by Feitos' Dominican Roots combined with pan-Asian flavors and ofc Mala Meow's chili crisp oil to kick it up a notch! 💥 My favorites were the first two, the pernil dumplings, and basil prawn mofongo, but each of them could stand on their own.

Courses:
PERNIL DUMPLINGS
Sofrito butter, micro cilantro, crushed platano, pickled onions, MalaMeow Chili Crunch

BASIL PRAWN
Monfongo, MalaMeow Chili Crunch

YELLOW CRAB CURRY
Warm rice vermicelli noodles, MalaMeow Chilli Crunch

DESSERT
drizzle, MalaMeow Chili Crunch Champagne fresh mango, sweet coconut milk

Cocktails:
THAI BASIL MARTINI
Gin, Thai Basil, Lemongrass, Lime, Dry Vermouth

BANANA TEA
Pinch of Salt Brugal 1888, Banana Liquor, Black Tea Syrup

If you get a chance, follow and book an upcoming dine with Feitos' next popup dinners and also check out Kinn (eatkinn.nyc) for more contemporary Thai food, located inside ollyollyny!
