## Caption

I travel a ton, and the best way I know how to find my bearings in a new place is to go for a run.
Where? I usually try to find water and then run along the water. Most cities have some kind of river or canal or lake, etc. and there’s almost always a path alongside the water.
I go nice and easy. It’s not about gaining fitness, it’s about shaking off the travel and introducing myself to this new place.

This week I’m in: Copenhagen! 🇩🇰
