Greek bowls are loaded with juicy feta turkey meatballs with rice, a fresh Greek-style salad, and homemade tzatziki. Such a good easy dinner when you want something fresh, filling, and full of flavor!

For the Turkey Meatballs
* 2 lbs 86% lean ground turkey
* 1 medium onion, finely grated (about 1 cup)
* 2 garlic cloves, pressed
* 2 large eggs
* ⅔ cup Italian breadcrumbs
* ½ cup crumbled feta
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
* 2 tsp dried dill
* 2 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* Oil, for searing

For the Greek Salad
* 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
* 1 regular cucumber, diced (about 1½ cups)
* ½ green bell pepper, diced
* ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
* ½ cup crumbled feta
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
* 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
* Salt, to taste

For the Tzatziki

* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* ½ English cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out
* Juice of ½ lemon
* 1 garlic clove, pressed
* 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
* Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Serving

* 1½ cups uncooked rice, cooked according to package directions

Make the meatballs: Combine the turkey, grated onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined, allowed to sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes then form into small meatballs.

Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, sear the meatballs for about 1 minute per side, just until browned. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 8–10 minutes, or until the centers of the meatballs reach 165°F.

Salad: Add the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta, and parsley to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and toss.

Tzatziki: Combine the Greek yogurt, grated and squeezed cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the bowls with rice, Greek turkey meatballs, salad, and plenty of tzatziki.

Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in airtight containers. The cooked meatballs can also be frozen.
