In honor of Service Dog Month in Kansas, we visited with District Magistrate Judge Neal Gugler in the 8th Judicial District and his service dog, Deacon. While Deacon started as a primary mobility service dog for the judge, his presence inside the courtroom helps calm the atmosphere and put people at ease.
