Your ride to school just got a whole lot easier!

Detroit K–12 students can ride DDOT buses FREE through Ride to Rise. No fare. No hassle. Just show your valid school ID, hop on and get where you need to go.

Here’s how it works:

🚌 Hop on any standard DDOT bus

🪪 Show your school-issued ID

💺 Find a seat and enjoy the ride

Because getting to school should never be a barrier to getting where you want to go. 💙

Ride free. Rise higher.
