Fausto Puglisi revisited Roberto Cavalli’s archive for Spring/Summer 2027, bringing the house’s signature animal prints, velvet devore and intricate embroidery into a distinctly nocturnal setting.

Low rise denim, miniskirts, halternecks, hot pants and lace trimmed camisoles defined the silhouette, alongside crystal embellishment, feathers and flashes of gold. Strappy thongs were deliberately exposed above waistbands, reinforcing the collection’s overtly sensual attitude.

The references moved from Courtney Love and Beverly Hills 90210 to Zendaya, Antonello da Messina and Todd Gray. Puglisi kept Cavalli’s instinct for print, skin and ornament intact, while giving the vocabulary a sharper contemporary edge.
