## Caption

Yesterday I talked to my daughter about why we wear orange. She’s young, so I answered the questions she asked in words she could understand. But I wanted to tell her the truth. Every Child Matters means remembering the children who were harmed, listening to Survivors, and making sure our children grow up knowing this history. 🧡 #OrangeShirtDay #EveryChildMatters #TruthAndReconciliation #momlife #momof2
