## Caption

While training for rescue operations during aerial ladder placement, sometimes obstacles create set backs that require firefighters to get creative during apparatus placement. It is important for our areial operator's to practice as often as possible to be comfortable getting the ladder to you when you need it. We call this the #dailyscrub.
