A record that stood for more than four decades has finally been rewritten! 🇮🇳❤️

Vithya Ramraj clocked an incredible 54.75 seconds in the women’s 400m hurdles, surpassing P.T. Usha’s long-standing national record of 55.42 seconds, set back in 1984. 🥉🔥

A proud moment for Indian athletics and a powerful reminder of how far our athletes are pushing the limits. Vithya has now etched her name alongside one of India’s greatest track legends. 🇮🇳✨
