🏊‍♂️🔥 Day 1: NSW Swimmers Make Strong Start at 2026 Australian Short Course Championships

NSW swimmers delivered 50 Top 10 finishes across the Olympic and Multi-Class programs, with plenty of podium and age-group medal performances across the opening day.

A standout performance came from Marcus Da Silva (Cranbrook), who claimed silver in the Men’s 200m Freestyle in 1:41.91. A time under the standard for the 2026 Australian Dolphins World Short Course Team.

🔥 With strong results across both programs, the Mighty Blues have made an impressive start to the Championships.
