Earlier this year, more than 2,600 Swim England members shared their experiences, ideas and feedback through our Annual Member Survey.⁠

There’s plenty to celebrate: 91% said aquatics is enjoyable and 82% described their overall experience as positive. We’ve also seen encouraging progress in how inclusive, supportive and safe our sports feel. ⁠

But you also told us where we need to do better — from listening and communication to safeguarding, volunteer support and giving members a stronger voice.⁠
