## Caption

Vote NO on HJR 4. This is not a vote on whether marijuana becomes legal in Idaho. It is a question about whether Idaho voters keep their existing power to bring these issues directly to the ballot.

The measure is about who gets to make that decision in the future.

A YES allows the Idaho Legislature to limit the ballot initiative process.

A NO vote would leave Idaho’s Constitution unchanged and preserve that initiative power for voters.

Know what you are voting on. Your voice matters. 💙
