✨ What if the very thing triggering you is actually showing you where your next level of healing is?

One of the greatest shifts in my own healing came when I began to understand the mirror effect.

Everything around us can become information.

The relationships that activate us.
The situations that keep repeating.
 The patterns we thought we already healed.

Instead of immediately asking, “Why is this happening to me?” I learned to pause and ask:

“Why is this here for me, what is it reflecting back to me about me?”

Because our external reality can reveal so much about what is happening within our internal world: our beliefs, emotional wounds, subconscious patterns, expectations, and the energy we continue to embody.

And this is where we begin to reclaim our power.

The mirror isn’t an invitation to blame or judge yourself for everything that happens. It is an invitation into deeper self-awareness of the unconscious self.

What is being activated within me?
What belief is underneath this reaction?
What part of me is asking to be seen, loved, held, chosen, healed or transformed?
And how would my Higher Self / God respond here?

This is how we begin moving from unconsciously reacting to our reality to consciously creating within it.

You stop giving all of your attention to the circumstance, person or trigger and start working with the part you actually have the power to transform:

You.

And when you change what is happening within you, you begin changing how you perceive, respond to, and participate in the reality around you.

That is where healing becomes evolution.

That is where awareness becomes power.

And that is where you stop repeating the same cycle and begin choosing differently.
