This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Chi Upsilon Sigma National Latin Sorority, Inc. and Lambda Sigma Upsilon Latino Fraternity, Inc. stand together to raise awareness about domestic violence, sexual violence, and all forms of abuse that affect individuals, families, and communities.

As serious allegations of sexual violence continue to circulate and receive renewed public attention, we are reminded of the importance of believing survivors, understanding consent, creating safe environments to report abuse, and ensuring that concerns are taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Abuse can take many forms, including physical, emotional, sexual, financial, verbal, and digital abuse. It can happen in relationships, families, schools, workplaces, communities, and other environments—and it can affect women, men, and people of all backgrounds.

💜 No one deserves to experience abuse. No one should have to face it alone.
