Denmark's real estate market leader Nybolig partnered with creative lead agency Kontrapunkt to turn market leadership into a design language of its own. The identity takes the brand's most distinct assets and rebuilds them for a multi-platform reality. The previously static logo has opened up into a system of microinteractions, mnemonics and a flexible yet ownable communications engine. On the streets, innovative 'for sale' signs multiply listing views many times over.
