Haylee doesn’t get to train with us year-round.

As a college soccer player, she’s made the most of her time home — consistently getting back to work with us during her winter and summer breaks.

She originally came to TrueAP after an ankle injury. Over the past two years of break-to-break training, she’s added 5 inches to her vertical, 1.5 MPH to her speed, and improved her 5-10-5 agility.

This summer, she headed back to college the most athletic she’s ever been.

That’s what stands out about Haylee. The training windows may be short, but she takes advantage of every one of them.
