Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza Dip 🍕 🔥

Ingredients:

Creamy Layer:

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup whole-milk ricotta
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Pinch of salt

Topping:

- 1 cup thick pizza sauce
- 1⁄2 cups shredded low-moisture whole-milk mozzarella
- 1⁄2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
- 15 pepperoni slices
- 3 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey Original

Garlic Toast:

- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt

___

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Mix the cream cheese, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt until smooth. Spread evenly into a lightly greased 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
3. Top with the pizza sauce, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and pepperoni. Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until the cheese melts and the edges begin to bubble.
4. Meanwhile, mix the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush over both sides of the baguette slices and toast for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Broil the dip for 1 minute, watching closely, until the cheese is lightly golden. Let it rest for 1 minute, then finish with a generous drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey Original.
6. Serve warm with the garlic toast.
