AD. It’s officially Italian summer but we’re bringing Ferragosto vibes home with @cantinabolla Pinot Grigio 🇮🇹✨

Picked up everything from Kroger (Specs, or Total Wine & More) to make the perfect pairing: lemon garlic shrimp pasta + chilled Pinot Grigio. 
Nothing better for a summer night with friends.

🍋 Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta (Pairs with Pinot Grigio)

8 oz spaghetti or linguine
1 lb shrimp (peeled + deveined)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Zest + juice of 1 lemon
½ cup Bolla Pinot Grigio
¼ cup pasta water
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: red pepper flakes

Cook pasta until al dente, reserve pasta water.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil, season, and set aside.
Add garlic to skillet, deglaze with wine + lemon juice, simmer.
Toss pasta + shrimp in sauce, add lemon zest + parsley. Top with parmesan cheese! Serve with chilled Bolla Pinot Grigio.
