Talking about mental health can be hard but a walk in Fairfax, Virginia, this weekend is helping break the stigma.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's "Out of the Darkness" walk is taking place on Saturday in the Mosaic District. The funds raised from the walk will go towards resources about suicide prevention and educational programs about mental health.

The foundation shares what to expect at 4 on Tour.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or chat live at 988lifeline.org. You can also visit SpeakingOfSuicide.com/resources for additional support.
