What is PIP Camp ? ☀️ 🌴 🏀

For those new to our community, Performance in Paradise Camp (or PIP Camp) is a 3 day residential camp based at Tallebudgera Recreation Centre on the GC.

What started as just 10-15 people - 15 years ago , then grew into one of the premier camp experiences in the country. With over 100 kids attending each year.

Players from all over Australia attended a 3 day camp , which included 5 hours a day on court , beach sessions, recovery sessions, USA Pathways lectures , an All Star Game, and a whole heap of chilled down time and fun.

Players enjoyed the intense training, all of their meals, 6 players to a cabin , and the adults washing their uniforms every night 🤔🤨 Even free shoes were included in our last 2 PIP camps 👟 🫶

You’re welcome 😇

Over the last couple of years , for multiple reasons, including the effort we have put in to building our Hornets Club , we have not held these camps.

But …

The amount of messages i have received in the last 12 months asking “when are you going to bring back your camps ?” Has been huge !

I am starting to think that the incredible experience we spent over a decade building might just have to make a return …..

What do you think 🤔
