What could be next 👀

The 66 year old has teased plans for his next TV project, saying it will need to be “unbelievably ambitious” to stand out as traditional television competes with the rise of social media and online creators.

Speaking at the Royal Television Society’s London Convention, Clarkson said: “We're currently thinking about what we do after Clarkson's Farm and it's going to have to be something bigger to stand out to protect us from this onslaught from underneath.”

He added: “It has to be unbelievably ambitious. Where people go, ‘What the f*** are you doing? That’s incredible’.”

Clarkson also pointed to Celebrity Traitors as a “very good example” of an “incredible show”, arguing that TV needs to go bigger to compete with content available online.

Fans won’t be saying goodbye to Diddly Squat just yet, though. Filming for series six of Clarkson’s Farm wrapped on 28 September, with the new series expected to arrive on Amazon Video next summer.

As for what comes after that, Clarkson said: “Season seven's kind of all, ‘What are we going to do? We need to get bigger, better’.”

Whatever he’s planning next, it sounds like he wants to go BIG 😮
