Belarus’ High-Tech Park says the country has registered the first crypto banks in its history.

Important detail:

They still need accreditation from the National Bank of Belarus and inclusion in the official crypto-bank registry before they can begin operations.

But the signal is clear:

Another country is building formal banking infrastructure around Bitcoin and crypto.

The goal is to bring crypto activity closer to regulated financial rails.

That matters because crypto banks could connect:
