🚨The Trump administration wants to greenlight deep sea mining after receiving the first-ever application to commercially mine the international seabed from The Metals Company USA.⁣
But deep sea mining hasn’t started yet, and we can still stop it. ⁣
⁣
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the US agency reviewing The Metals Company USA’s application, has opened a public comment period, and you don’t have to live in or come from the US to speak up.⁣
⁣
Sign the message and make sure NOAA hears your voice.⁣
