Good day today.

Got a lot of different looks hitting — we have an iPitch now, plus another machine that can mix different pitch shapes and locations, so I got to see a lot of different stuff.

Worked in some baserunning, played catch, shagged BP, and had a good lift. Right now I’m trying to keep getting stronger and more explosive without giving anything up athletically.

The weight gain is moving faster than I expected too. I’m already over 210 and ahead of where I planned to be.

Nothing crazy happened today. Just another good day of work and one day closer.

Follow to see the journey.
