Happy Saturday my beautiful people! 

DAY 13/31 — COMPARISON ✨

For a while, the person I kept comparing myself to wasn’t another woman.

It was me.

The body I used to have.
The workouts I used to do.
How quickly I thought I should see results.

And chile… I even had deadlines for when this body was supposed to “tighten up.” 😂

But I’m learning something different in this season:

I control my effort. I don’t control divine timing.

I can show up. Move my body. Nourish it. Love it. Be consistent. But I don’t have to punish myself because the results aren’t arriving according to a deadline I created.

I’ve spent years learning how to stop living like a sprinter.

I’m a long-distance runner now.

My pace may be different.
My body may be different.
My journey may be different.

But I’m still moving.

✨ I manifest peace with my own timing. What belongs to me does not require me to race.

And maybe the woman in the mirror doesn’t need to become who she used to be.

Maybe she’s becoming someone new.
