WIN THE RIM. GET OUT OF THE GRAVEYARD. 🏒

In this SFU Red Leafs skill session, the forward picks up the rim from behind the net and carries the play past the corner to the half wall—our event zone. That’s where the attack begins.

The second forward has a job, too: drive the net with timing and show your stick. Give the puck carrier a clear target and make the tip an option.

Coaching point: Don’t collect the puck and get trapped in the corner. Pick it up with your feet moving, reach the half wall with control, and connect the puck carrier’s decision to the net drive.

Puck to the event zone. Stick to the net.
