South Texas's Built Ford Tough Player of the Week did it all - offense AND defense. ⚡️🏈

🏆 6A — Caidyn Hoover | Vela HS | Hacienda Ford

Caidyn Hoover has made a habit of delivering unforgettable performances, but his latest may have been his most complete yet. The Edinburg Vela senior quarterback put on a show in the Sabercats' thrilling 49-42 road victory over Los Fresnos, completing 10 of 15 passes for 232 yards and four touchdowns while rushing 15 times for 109 yards and two more scores. Hoover finished with 341 yards of total offense and six offensive touchdowns, then added a 59-yard pick-six on defense to account for all seven of Vela's touchdowns.
