Jadan Baugh ran for three touchdowns and Florida never let fourth-ranked Ole Miss get closer than a single score down the stretch, pushing the Gators to 4-0 for the first time since 2019.

No. 21 Florida rolled past the Rebels 52-28 Saturday at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, where 90,683 watched the Gators put together their most complete performance of the young season.

Baugh set the tone early with a 4-yard touchdown run and Patrick Durkin added a 49-yard field goal as Florida built a 10-0 lead in the first quarter. Ole Miss answered with two Lucas Carneiro field goals from 36 and 46 yards, but Baugh's second short touchdown run made it 17-6 at the half. The third quarter turned into a shootout as Trinidad Chambliss ran for two touchdowns and threw for another, pulling the Rebels within three points at 21-24, but Duke Clark broke off a 45-yard touchdown run and Aaron Philo scored on a 1-yard keeper to keep Florida in front. The Gators pulled away for good in the fourth quarter behind a 6-yard touchdown run from Dallas Wilson, a 5-yard touchdown pass from Philo to Amir Jackson, and a final short score from Baugh that closed out the scoring. Baugh finished with 142 yards on 29 carries to go with his three touchdowns, Clark added 126 yards on the ground, and Philo threw for 196 yards and a touchdown while adding a rushing score of his own. Chambliss accounted for three total touchdowns for Ole Miss, throwing for 298 yards while Deuce Alexander caught seven passes for 134 yards and a score.

Florida travels to face Missouri next Saturday, while Ole Miss heads to Vanderbilt the following week looking to regroup.
