South Florida condos often adhere to a familiar aesthetic: glassy and pristine with gleaming white walls and plenty of polished marble. For a couple’s West Palm Beach vacation home, #ADPRODirectory designer Louis Lin (studiolouislin) chose to draw on the warmth of the Florida sun, layering rich textures, natural materials, and sunbaked hues throughout the 4,000-square-foot apartment. Add in Lin’s approach to “interior landscaping”—using plants and nature-inflected pieces as key tools for shaping space—and the result feels serene rather than stereotypically coastal.
