Hockey Night in Canada is officially returning to CBC this season, but it will look a bit different from what fans are used to 👀🚨

After heavy speculation last week, CBC announced Monday that the iconic program will return in partnership with the Professional Women’s Hockey League, with eight primetime PWHL games set to be broadcast throughout the 2026-27 season‼️

Each of the eight games will feature at least one Canada-based team, with CBC also providing pregame and postgame coverage and additional digital content 🤩
