#TSRUpdatez: #Roommates, #NicoleLinton has been found guilty of murdering six people in the deadly 2022 Windsor Hills crash in Los Angeles. According to NBCLA, a jury deliberated for just three hours before finding the former nurse guilty on all six counts. _________________________
During closing arguments, prosecutors argued the crash was “entirely preventable,” with Deputy District Attorney Antonella Nistorescu telling jurors that Linton “chose to do this.” Prosecutors also alleged Linton was angry and frustrated with her job and co-workers, and that she channeled that anger into road rage before speeding through a red light.
_________________________
“She did it knowingly and, most importantly, she was conscious,” Nistorescu said. “She was conscious that entire time.” Linton’s defense attorneys disputed that account, arguing she suffered a seizure that left her unable to stop the vehicle.

Her attorney, Jovan Blacknell, acknowledged the crash was catastrophic and the loss of life was “horrendous,” but maintained that Linton was not enraged and did not intentionally cause the crash. Linton now faces the possibility of life in prison. SWIPE ✍🏾#TSRStaffAS 📷:(gettyimages )
