#HalleBerry and her ex-husband #OlivierMartinez have reportedly been ordered to participate in confidential mediation amid an ongoing custody dispute involving their 12-year-old son, Maceo.

According to legal documents obtained by tmztv, Martinez also filed for a temporary restraining order against Berry, alleging she physically assaulted their son during an incident last week. He claims Maceo told him Berry jumped on him, grabbed him around the neck and choked him following an argument while he was playing a VR game.

Martinez alleges there have been previous incidents and is seeking sole custody. He reportedly wants Berry to temporarily stay away from him and Maceo to give their son space, though he says he does not want to prevent them from having a relationship.

The filing also reportedly requires Berry to avoid alcohol or other substances around Maceo and undergo sobriety testing in connection with visitation.
