For Day 4 of Mental Wellness Empowerment Week, the SAC and The Zone are reminding student-athletes that a stat line, a result or what others think online doesn’t determine who you are.

After a tough performance, give yourself room to learn without letting it define you. Identify one thing you can improve and one thing you did well – then keep moving forward.

One game is one game. It’s not who you are.
