## Caption

You showed up for Day 1! 🙌

Shoutout to everyone who joined us for the first day of Mental Wellness Empowerment Week and shared how they’re putting Disconnect to Reconnect into action.

We loved seeing student-athletes across the SAC take part, share their moments and help spread the message. 💛

Want to be featured in tomorrow’s recap? Participate in the daily challenge, share a photo or video to your story, tag sac_athletics and use #OwnYourStory so we can see it and share!

Day 2 is up next!
