I Love The Burg - St. Pete on Instagram: "One of our favorite lunch spots in town is @thestudiopublichouse. This groovy restaurant is covered in vinyl, memorabilia,  and every color of the rainbow.

We started with an order of the Curry Queso Nachos and the Studio Stickers.

The Bollywood Chicken Salad is the perfect Florida summer lunch option. Their iced rainbow tea paired brilliantly with every bite.

The Buzz BLT with house-cured British bacon and the Oh Boy George! Flatbread are also standouts in our hearts. 

If you’re craving ale-battered perfection, you can’t go wrong with the James Brown “The Godfather of Sole” or the 12-ounce jumbo cod with pub fries” aka the Moby Dick. 

If you’ve been in St. Pete for awhile, some of these dishes look familiar to you. Chef and co-owner, Mike Crippin was the executive chef at the now closed local fave, “Moon Under Water” for over 20 years. He owns The Studio Public house with his wife, Alison Crippin.

Chef Mike brought his famous curry recipes with him to The Studio Public House! We felt a little nostalgic enjoying the Tikkha Moon Masala Curry and Chef Mike’s Dragonfire Vindaloo. 

If you’re smart, and leave room for dessert. We highly recommend the housemade Chocolate Guinness Glory and the Bourbon Bread Pudding. Chef’s Kiss. Delicious. Stunning. No notes.
