I spent the weekend with several registered dietitians, and it got me thinking a lot more about food quality and what I’m feeding my family.

Not in a “make everything from scratch” kind of way because who has time for that? But it reminded me of this no-knead Dutch oven bread recipe that went viral a few years ago because it is SO ridiculously easy and devious.
