Impact is not measured by one night. It is measured by how you show up all year long.

Universal Music Group Global Impact receives the 2026 BMAC 365 Award, presented by the BMAC Board, with some help from UMG’s GRAMMY nominated group FLO and a special message from Sir Lucian Grainge.

Tonight we celebrate Susan Mazo, Sharlotte Richie, Arielle Vavasseur, Kristin Jones, Markie Ruzzo and Dylan Siegler for their leadership, partnership and continued commitment to creating access, opportunity and real impact.

The BMAC 365 Award honors those who stand with the mission beyond the moment. Those who invest in communities, open doors for the next generation and use their influence to create lasting change.

To the entire UMG Global Impact team, thank you for showing up for BMAC, for the culture and for the work 365 days a year.

Congratulations. #BMACGALA #UMG #FLO #BlackMusicActionCoalition
