We are half way through our Giving Day fundraiser – a single day that supports student-athletes and programming at Queen's Athletics & Recreation.

And for a minute, put yourself in their shoes.

Our student-athletes balance the enormous pressures of high-performance competition, training, academic excellence and life at Queen's.

They practice in the early mornings and late at night; they play while we watch and cheer. They sacrifice, persevere, and dedicate themselves to their sport and their school.

Giving Day helps lessen the load placed on student-athletes and their teams.

Your donation means our student-athletes can worry less about how they're going to access specialized equipment, training facilities, and coaching. It means academic support services, increased opportunities to play, access to better nutrition, and mental health services.

Your donation today will be measured far beyond competition. Investing in our student-athletes today is an investment in the leaders of tomorrow.

Make your Giving Day gift today, and watch what they can do!

Thank you for putting yourself in their shoes.
